Roslyn (Stolusky) Wilkins, 93, of Syracuse, passed away at Menorah Park on Saturday, September 27, 2014. Roslyn, a lifelong resident of Syracuse, was the youngest child of the late Israel and Rachel (Goldstein) Stolusky. She was predeceased by her husband of 60 years, Warren Wilkins; son, Jay and four brothers and three sisters. Roslyn was employed as a bookkeeper by State Storm Window and Glass prior to working in the family business, Meltzers Sandwich Shop. Upon retiring from the restaurant, she worked as a bookkeeper/office manager for Dr. Richard Fuller, O.D. for 13 years. She was a member of the Temple Adath Yeshurun Sisterhood and loved cooking, singing, family gatherings and crossword puzzles. She is survived by her son, Mark (Lauri) and granddaughter, Riley Sara Wilkins, as well as many nieces and nephews. Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, September 30, 2014 at Birnbaum Funeral Service, 1909 E. Fayette Street. Friends may visit with the family from 1 to 2 p.m. at the chapel on Tuesday prior to the service. Burial will be in Frumah Packard Cemetery. Contributions may be made to the Temple Adath Yeshurun Minyon Fund or the Menorah Park Employee Fund.
