Former Syracuse resident Beverly F. Bernstein, 75, died Saturday in Cocoa Beach, Fla. A native of Syracuse, Mrs. Bernstein lived in Cocoa Beach since 1975. She and her husband, Joseph, retired in 1973 as the co-owners of Powder Puff Beauty Shop at 215 E. Fayette St. He died in 1977. Surviving are a sister, Marion Kaufman Lustig of Titusville, Fla.; and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be at 9:30 a.m. today in Frumah Packard Cemetery , Syracuse, Rabbi Charles S. Sherman officiating.
