Former Syracuse resident Bernard "Buddy" Buff, 73, died Friday in St. Paul, Minn., after a long illness. A native of Syracuse, Mr. Buff lived in St. Paul many years. He was a retired manufacturer\'s representative. Mr. Buff was a graduate of Syracuse University, where he was on the varsity wrestling team. He was an Army veteran of World War II. Surviving are two sisters, Pauline Cohen and Marion Jerry, both of Syracuse; three nieces; a nephew; and several cousins. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. today in Frumah Packard Cemetery, Syracuse.
