Arch J. Brick, 76, of 424 College Heights, Watertown, died Monday at his home after a long illness. Mr. Brick was a life resident of Watertown. He was the proprietor of Herr Fashion Shop, retiring in 1971. Mr. Brick was a member and former corresponding secretary of Congregation Dagel Israel. He was a member of the Watertown Masonic Order and a 32nd Degree Mason. A Marine Corps veteran of World War II, Mr. Brick was a member and past commander of Post 62, American Legion. He was a charter member of the Watertown chapter of SCORE. Mr. Brick was a 1936 graduate of Stanford University. He earned a master\'s degree from Stanford and bachelor\'s and master\'s degrees from New York University. Mr. Brick was a delegate to the 1980 White House Conference on Small Business. After his retirement, he was a business consultant and taught in the Collier County school system and at Edison Community College, Naples, Fla., and in the BOCES program in Watertown. Surviving are his wife, the former Emily Herr; two sons Michael of Clay and Cary of Alexandria, Va.; and three granddaughters.
Graveside services were Monday in Frumah Packard Cemetery, Syracuse.
