Dianne "Peshie" Stolusky, 67, a life resident of Syracuse, died Tuesday, September 16, 2008 at St. Joseph\'s Hospital. Dianne was one of the original founding members of Congregation Ner Tamid, past president of the Congregation and past president of the Sisterhood. She received The Post-Standard Women of Achievement Award, and was looked up to as a great problem solver, confidant and friend by all who knew her. Mrs. Stolusky was predeceased by her husband, Sidney Stolusky in 2001. Survived by her sons, Stephen (Erika) Stolusky, Rabin Stolusky; daughters, Shalinda (Bradley) Young, Danielle Stolusky; grandson, Wellington Young; granddaughter, Samantha Stolusky; a sister, Regina Levy, and several nieces and nephews. Services will be conducted on Thursday, September 18, 2008, 2 p.m. at the Birnbaum Funeral Chapel, 1909 E. Fayette St. Friends may visit with the family, Thursday from 1 to 2 p.m. at the chapel. Burial will be in Frumah Packard Cemetery. Contributions may be made to Congregation Ner Tamid, PO Box 126, North Syracuse, NY 13212.
