Arlene Pellman, 69, of 2828 James St. died Friday at her home. She was a life resident of Syracuse. She was a former clerk for Onondaga County government and the New York state DMV. Surviving are two brothers, Sidney Pellman of Apollo Beach, Fla., and Milton Pellman of DeWitt; and several nieces and nephews.
Services are 3 p.m. Monday at Birnbaum Funeral Chapel. Burial is in Frumah Packard Cemetery.
