Services for Laura Shapero, formerly of 121 Alpine Dr., DeWitt, who died January 7, were January 9 at Birnbaum Funeral Chapel. Burial was in Frumah Packard Cemetery. Mrs. Shapero was a life resident of the Syracuse area. She was a member of Temple Beth El and its Sisterhood and also a member of the Auxiliary of the Jewish Home of Central New York. Surviving are two daughters, Eloise of New York City and Rosalyn Alpert, Watertown; a brother, Herman Goler, Boca Raton, Fla.; and two granddaughters.
