Harold Joseph Rubin of 560 Thompson Rd . DeWitt. Died Tuesday. November 5 Services were held Friday at Birnbaum Funeral Chapel Burial was in Frumah Packard Cemetery He is survived by his wife, the former Ida Tecler, a daughter. Myrna Koldin of DeWitt, a son Jeffrey W Rubin of New York City, a brother Richard Rubin of Los Angeles, Calif, a sister. Ann Kinstler of Atlanta. Ga ; two grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Mr Rubin was a life resident of the Syracuse area and he retired in 1968 as an electrician He was a member of Temple Adath Yeshurun and local International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. Mr Rubin served in the Army in World War Two and was a member of Onondaga Post 131. Jewish War Veterans
