Mrs. Clara Alderman Port, 83, of 1530 E. Genesee St., died at University Hospital, Syracuse, Sunday morning. She was born in Syracuse and lived there all her life. She was the widow of Abraham Port. She was a member of Temple of Concord and of the Auxiliary of the Jewish Home of Central New York.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Mortimer Cohan and Miss Inez Port of Syracuse; one son, Edmund Port, an Auburn attorney; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews Services will be at Temple of Concord. 501 University Ave., Syracuse, at 11 a.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in Frumah Packard Cemetery, Syracuse.
