Nathan Finkelstein, 94, of 400 Centerville Court, North Syracuse, died Saturday at the Jewish Home of Central New York. Born in Syracuse, he lived many years in Cortland before returning to Syracuse in 1979. He was a partner in B. Finkelstein and Sons Scrap Metal Co., Cortland, until he retired in 1979. He was a member of the Temple Brith Shalom of Cortland, the Cortland Elks Club and the Cortland Loyal Order of Moose. Survivors: His wife, the former Tillie Gold; two daughters, Marian Goldberg of North Syracuse and Devorah Rosen of Bay St. Louis, Miss.; a son, Harley of Fayetteville; nine grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren. Services: 2 p.m. Tuesday at Birnbaum Funeral Chapel. Burial, Frumah Packard Cemetery.
